As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather for aperitivo at 6 PM, followed by our innagural welcome dinner party. Prepared by our talented chef, Valerio, this multi-course feast will set the tone for our unforgettable journey into La Dolce Vita.
Over the next days, you’ll immerse yourself in a carefully curated experience of movement classes, hands-on cooking lessons, and off-the-beaten-path explorations. You’ll uncover hidden gems, connect with locals, and embrace the art of slow living—strolling through nature, indulging in breathtaking art, and soaking in the serenity of the Italian countryside.

As the afternoon turns golden, we’ll slip into elegant attire for a truly enchanting medieval evening. Our journey takes us through the gates of a private castle, where we’ll explore its rich history on an exclusive tour. Prepare to climb to the 6th floor of a 1,000-year-old tower and walk across one of Italy’s last remaining working drawbridges—a rare and breathtaking experience.
We’ll then step into the castle’s charming garden courtyard, pop prosecco with the Countess and indulge in part of Italy's living history while enjoying a multi course dinner.

We head out to a charming organic family farm where we will embark on a truffle hunt with the most beloved hunting dog. After our woodland hunt we will join the farm's owner for a hands multi course cooking class learning the secrets of transforming our fresh finds into a culinary masterpiece. Following our enchanting lunch surrounded by peacocks and the stunning backdrop of a UNESCO world heritage site. We will journey to the heart of the region to the picturesque town of Pienza. Here we will enjoy a cheese tasting with our friend Paola and have some free time to explore the charming streets and artisanal shops. Begin your day with a light breakfast at the villa, followed by an optional Pilates class. Then we head over to a nearby local open market for locals only, where we’ll meet Valeria and Fabrio for a tasting of freshly cut prosciutto and a variety of regional cheeses.

With the guidance of our dear friend Chiara, you’ll have the chance to explore the town’s enchanting streets and enjoy some free time to shop, relax, or take in the stunning views. Here we will partake in a lovely lunch in a private room adorned with frescoes or if the weather is just right we can sit on their gorgeous terrace overlooking the main square.
Later, we’ll join Valerio to shop for fresh, local ingredients for a special dinner.
Back at the villa, a chef-prepared dinner awaits, highlighting the flavors of the day’s market finds.

Surprise! We’ve packed up, said Ciao to the villa, and are heading to Florence! We’ve added an extra day for you to explore, with the option to stay longer if you wish. We couldn’t let our guests fly into Florence and miss out on experiencing the city like a local. That’s the advantage of being with us—we go beyond the usual tour. We arr
Surprise! We’ve packed up, said Ciao to the villa, and are heading to Florence! We’ve added an extra day for you to explore, with the option to stay longer if you wish. We couldn’t let our guests fly into Florence and miss out on experiencing the city like a local. That’s the advantage of being with us—we go beyond the usual tour. We arrive in Florence, about 1 hour 30 minutes from our countryside villa where we check into our elagant botique hotel. We will walk around, visit the Ponte Vecchio, leather shops and various piazzas. We will have lunch at a typical focaccia street shop, then head over to the main Cathedral of the city for a truly VIP visit to the Duomo, when after hours only 15 people total are allowed inside to watch the sunset from the upper terrace. Option to climb the hundreds of steps to the top of the cuppola. We followed by an exclusive dinner party to celebrate our last night together. We’ll also provide stunning accommodations at a centrally located hotel in the heart of the city for the night

In Pienza we will have our first culinary outing at our friend's cheese store. Stroll the charming streets, shop and take it all in. The views here are one of a kind, there will be some free time to hang out and do your own thing then around 1:30 pm we will meet up and head out to the nearby village of San Quirico d'Orcia, where our friend who lives there will be waiting for us with a special table at his restaurant right in the middle of the action of the medieval festival- Festa del Barbarossa where the whole village partakes in their local "quartiere" events and costumed locals parade through the streets, reenacting their traditions. Similar to the Palio of Siena, but much less touristy. This happens once a year and we will be literally sitting in the middle of it all. It is amazing. Option to stay for the archery and flag throwing contest and eat at the communal medieval tables or like most years we just go back to have dinner at the villa.

Brooke leads the movement and stretching classes and varies them according to the needs of the clients that day. She has over 20 years experience working in physical therapy and movement. Classes offered are 30-45 minutes on a mat on the grass at the villa. Classes are optional and modified accordingly.
